Frequently Asked Questions

We currently accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, JCB Apple Pay, Diners Club, Elo, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. 


Credit Card Payment Information:When paying via credit card you will be prompted to enter a credit card number. It is important to enter the appropriate billing name and address associated with your credit card. If you find that your order is not processing double check the card number and CVV security code on your card for any discrepancies.  


We do not accept orders placed with international credit cards. You can use a PayPal account to place an order that is linked to an international card.   

All orders are fulfilled at our warehouse in Thousand Oaks, California. 

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days, with shipping times ranging from 1-5 business. That means that it can take between 3-8 business days in total for a package to arrive at your doorstep. During holidays or long weekends, those times may slightly vary.  

We ship to all 50 states within the U.S. 

Orders are fulfilled and sent to our warehouse, weekdays on a daily basis. Orders placed before 01 PM - PDT (UTC-07) will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping takes between 2-6 business days from receipt of order to delivery at your door. With a price of $4.90 for items weighing between 0 lbs-5 lbs and $19.90 for items weighing between 5 lbs-70 lbs, prompt delivery and customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority. 

Expedited Shipping: We have expedited shipping available for a rate of $6.90 for items weighting between 0 lbs - 1 lbs and $9.90 for items weighting 1 lb to 5 lbs. All expedited shipments are given priority processing and handling.

International Shipping: We don't take international orders at this moment.

We do offer free shipping for orders with a total value of over $25. This discount is automatically applied during checkout. Free shipping coupons may be provided to specific clients under certain rules. However, free shipping is only available to US residents.   

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. But once the order is dispatched, no change of delivery address can be made.


www.intimaterial.com will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.


We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.


Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.


www.intimaterial.com will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items. Customers will receive a pre-paid return shipping label through the on the file email address. Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect the claim to process your warranty claim within 7 days. 

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the refund to your initial payment method.
